The Executive Committee The Executive Committee consists of six positions, which include the President, First Vice President, Second Vice President, Past President, the Advocacy Committee Chair and the State League Director. The Executive Committee is responsible for working with the Division Executive Director to provide input and make decisions as required between Board meetings. The Committee meets as topics arise that require immediate attention, and stays abreast of weekly activities and developments affecting the Division through weekly Officers conference calls. The Executive Committee meetings provide the forum for Division Officers to work in collaboration and to provide the organization more effective leadership transition and consistency from year to year. The Committee may also help set meeting agendas, consider matters that may need full Board attention, and approves recommendations from the Advocacy Committee, or recommends them for full Board consideration.
